HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE NEEDED FOR A FULL SEW-IN?
- We recommend 3 bundles for a full sew-in. Anything over 22" we recommended 4 bundles. Please keep in mind that the longer the length the shorter the weft. All bundles weight 3.1-3.5 ounces. If you are using a closure you still need a minimum of 3 bundles.
WHAT COLOR DOES HAIR BY HONEYY HAIR COME IN?
- Our extensions are 100% virgin hair which means the hair is not processed with any color. Our virgin hair comes natural black or brown and can be colored to any desired color.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Free SHIPPING over $500.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
- Please contact us immediately via email hairbyhoneyy@yahoo.com or text 1-708-297-4434 so that we may be able to accommodate your request. You will not be able to cancel or make any changes once your order has shipped.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
- Priority shipping is 3-7 business days.
- Express shipping is 1-2 business days.
- We are CLOSED Sundays & Mondays, so shipments start on Tuesday morning.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
- We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping out orders. We ship using their Priority Mail Service for domestic and International packages. International orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered once it is processed. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or added taxes that are incurred by the country that you reside in.

- We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for priority shipping and handling.
- We charge a flat rate of $24.99 for express shipping and handling.

- Tracking information is emailed to the email address provided within your order on the day your order is shipped.

- Unfortunately, all online orders MUST be shipped.
