HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE NEEDED FOR A FULL SEW-IN?
- We recommend 3 bundles for a full sew-in. Anything over 24" we recommended 4 bundles. Please keep in mind that the longer the length the less hair in each bundle. If you are using a closure you still need a minimum of 3 bundles.
- Our extensions are 100% virgin hair which means the hair is not processed with any color. Our virgin hair comes natural black or brown and can be colored to any desired color.
- Please contact us immediately via email hairbyhoneyy@yahoo.com or text 1-708-297-4434 so that we may be able to accommodate your request. You will not be able to cancel or make any changes once your order has shipped.
- Standard shipping is 2-5 business days ONCE they have been processed.
- Express shipping is 1-2 business days ONCE they have been processed.
- We are CLOSED Sundays & Mondays so shippings start on Tuesday morning.
- We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping out orders. We ship using their Priority Mail Service for domestic and International packages. International orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered once it is processed. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or added taxes that are incurred by the country that you reside in.
- We charged a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping and handling in the continental United States. Free shipping for all orders over $400 and $24.99 for any International orders.
- Tracking information is emailed to the email address provided within your order on the day your order is shipped,( Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed) you will not receive a tracking number when your order is placed.
CAN I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE & PICK UP IN-STORE?
- Unfortunately, all online order MUST be shipped. No pick up option available.
