Shipping & Processing
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us Immediately and we will do our best to fulfill you request. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from HairByHoneyy.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Hair By Honeyy does not hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being DELIVERED. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair extension purchases.Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality virgin extensions.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE NEEDED FOR A FULL SEW-IN?
- We recommend 3 bundles for a full sew-in. Anything over 22" we recommended 4 bundles. Please keep in mind that the longer the length the shorter the weft. All bundles weight 3.1-3.5 ounces. If you are using a closure you still need a minimum of 3 bundles.
WHAT COLOR DOES HAIR BY HONEYY HAIR COME IN?
- Our extensions are 100% virgin hair which means the hair is not processed with any color. Our virgin hair comes natural black or brown and can be colored to any desired color.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Free SHIPPING over $500.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
- Please contact us immediately via email hairbyhoneyy@yahoo.com or text 1-708-297-4434 so that we may be able to accommodate your request. You will not be able to cancel or make any changes once your order has shipped.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
- Priority shipping is 3-7 business days.
- Express shipping is 1-2 business days.
- We are CLOSED Sundays & Mondays, so shipments start on Tuesday morning.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
- We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping out orders. We ship using their Priority Mail Service for domestic and International packages. International orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered once it is processed. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or added taxes that are incurred by the country that you reside in.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
- We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for priority shipping and handling.
- We charge a flat rate of $24.99 for express shipping and handling.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

After having a terrible experience with another hair company, I was really hesitant to order again. I found this company on Instagram and decided to give it a try after seeing Des Dior advertise it. I’m SO glad I did! This deep wave hair is amazing! It's super soft, no shedding, true to length, and the curl pattern is perfect. I got 18”, 20”, and 22”, and every inch is true to length. You can run your fingers right through it. If you’re considering it, BUY IT! This is honestly the best hair I’ve purchased in a while.

Respectfully be sure bundles are close to the same color as much as possible (or let customers know bundles may not be the same color upon arrival ) include recommendations on products to use to achieve the same color for all bundles. Also recommend products to remove the smell the hair I received smelled like corn chips/feet even after the recommended products to use for washing the hair. I would also recommend better packaging for the cost of the hair customers should be able to restore hair in the same packaging that was sent.

Our body wave bundles is virgin hair, which means they naturally come in varying shades of brown, so slight color differences from bundle to bundle are completely normal. However, we’d be happy to assist with a solution such as exchanging the bundles or guiding you on how to achieve your desired color
Hair has a bad smell even after washing multiple times with the recommended shampoo and conditioner bundles are not all the 1b color. The 24” deep wave bundle is definitely brown (at least the one i got) i will not be recommending or purchasing in the future.
I absolutely love this hair. It’s very easy for me to maintain with cold water leave in conditioner and curling cream then just go.

Ordered tight curl. Loved the curl of each bundle. But I received 2 different curl patterns along with 2 different color bundles. Shipping was excellent.
