Shipping & Processing
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us Immediately and we will do our best to fulfill you request. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from HairByHoneyy.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Hair By Honeyy does not hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being DELIVERED. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair extension purchases.Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality virgin extensions.

FAQS
HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE NEEDED FOR A FULL SEW-IN?
- We recommend 3 bundles for a full sew-in. Anything over 22" we recommended 4 bundles. Please keep in mind that the longer the length the shorter the weft. All bundles weight 3.1-3.5 ounces. If you are using a closure you still need a minimum of 3 bundles.
WHAT COLOR DOES HAIR BY HONEYY HAIR COME IN?
- Our extensions are 100% virgin hair which means the hair is not processed with any color. Our virgin hair comes natural black or brown and can be colored to any desired color.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Free SHIPPING over $500.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
- Please contact us immediately via email hairbyhoneyy@yahoo.com or text 1-708-297-4434 so that we may be able to accommodate your request. You will not be able to cancel or make any changes once your order has shipped.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
- Priority shipping is 3-7 business days.
- Express shipping is 1-2 business days.
- We are CLOSED Sundays & Mondays, so shipments start on Tuesday morning.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
- We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping out orders. We ship using their Priority Mail Service for domestic and International packages. International orders can take up to 10 business days to be delivered once it is processed. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or added taxes that are incurred by the country that you reside in.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
- We charge a flat rate of $9.99 for priority shipping and handling.
- We charge a flat rate of $24.99 for express shipping and handling.

Great hair will be purchasing again
I ordered 3 (body wave) bundles 20,22,24inches. The bundles were full, thick weft so there will be little to no shedding, and the hair curls and holds really good.
This hair is soft, thick, and light. I love it The hair stylist love it easy for them to install and style. No shedding no tangling and no cut wefts.
I absolutely love this hair! I’ve been buying it for years! Bundles do not smell, do not shed and always match my hair color perfectly!!!! Definitely worth the price and always last for years!

Love it!!!! Took bleach & color well, shedding is minimal to none. 4 bundles definitely gave me the full look I was going for, & I don’t brush this hair everyday & it doesn’t tangle.
Love the hair! It’s so soft and silky. The only thing is it’s not a natural black color. It’s much lighter and looks like chocolate brown but nothing a good water dye can’t fix.

Hair was terrible , combing it out felt like barbie doll hair , the hair wasnt giving the quality mentioned . Disappointed in the hair , hair stylist couldnt work sith the hair because of the quality . The bundelss we skimp ordered 4 bundles. Becaureful when ordering if you are dissatisfied with the hair sont expect s refund.

The body wave hair was much better than my last purchase of the straight bundles. The straight bundles were not good, tangled, difficult to color and shed alot!! The body wave is great and I have no complaints about it!!
Bought the hair for my granddaughter's prom on May 1st. I have used the hair myself in the past. Granddaughter's hair stylist mentioned that it was a high quality hair. Hair style came out beautifully. Unable to share a picture but believe she was beautiful!
